Apply for this roleWhat you’ll do
- Guide new hosts through fleet import, calendar sync, and payment setup
- Run onboarding calls and follow up until a host's first direct booking
- Spot and fix setup friction before it becomes a support ticket
- Document common questions and improve our onboarding guides
- Hand off smoothly to the Customer Success team once a host is live
What we’re looking for
- 1-2 years in onboarding, implementation, or customer support for SaaS
- Patient, clear communicator who can explain software to non-technical users
- Detail-oriented, nothing slips through during a multi-step setup
- Comfortable hopping on a call to walk someone through their dashboard
- Experience with Turo, vehicle rental, or fleet operations is a plus
