Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Every new account gets 7 days with every feature and no card. Choose a plan from Settings → Billing whenever you're ready.
Do you take a commission on bookings?+
No. Renters pay into your own Stripe account and RentHive takes 0% of every booking. You pay Stripe's normal card fees and your monthly plan, nothing else.
What's the difference between Starter and Growth?+
Only the number of vehicles: up to 10 on Starter, up to 50 on Growth. Every feature, every integration and unlimited team members are on both.
How does yearly billing work?+
Pay for 10 months and get 12. Starter is $990 a year and Growth is $1,990 a year.
What costs extra?+
Only what other providers charge you directly: Stripe's card fees, Stripe Identity checks on your Stripe account, insurance checks after the first 5 ($2 each), and Smartcar per car if you connect live tracking.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal and your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
