Stripe Connect
Renters pay straight into your own Stripe account, and RentHive takes no fee on top. Card checkout on your website, payment links, cards on file, refunds and deposit holds all run through it, with payouts in your Stripe dashboard.

Stripe Identity
A licence and selfie check for each booking, with additional drivers checked on their own. Results and images are encrypted and opened only through short-lived links.

Canopy Connect
The renter links their own insurer and the policy is pulled in live. If that fails, they type the details and photograph the document, and you're asked to review it.

Google Calendar
Bookings are pushed one way, from RentHive to your Google Calendar. Changes made in Google don't come back into RentHive.

Live data from the car, with no box to fit.
Smartcar
Connects through the car's own connected services: a live map, fuel, battery, range, odometer, tyre pressure, oil life and fault codes. Lock, unlock and start or stop charging from the app.

Turo
Your calendar syncs with Turo. Turo trips appear on your RentHive calendar beside your direct bookings, close those dates on your website and show up in your reports as Turo revenue. RentHive doesn't post to Turo or change your Turo calendar.

Custom domains with SSL
Connect a domain you already own. The app shows the exact DNS records, keeps checking them and adds SSL automatically.
Email on your domain
Send from an address like hello@yourfleet.com, signed with DKIM. Replies to any address on the domain land in your RentHive inbox.
Google Analytics
Add your GA4 measurement ID and your booking website reports its visits to your own Google Analytics.
Booking widget
A script tag puts the same checkout on any other website you run, in your colours and with your button label.
Google Maps and Places
Addresses picked from Google as you type: where your cars and locations are, and the garages you use.
RentHive's price is flat. Providers bill you for their part.

Does RentHive take a cut of payments through Stripe?+
No. Renters pay into your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect, and RentHive adds no fee to any booking. You pay Stripe's normal card fees on your account, and RentHive's flat monthly plan.
Who pays for ID checks, insurance checks and Smartcar?+
ID checks are billed by Stripe to your own Stripe account. Smartcar bills your own Smartcar account per car. Insurance checks use credits in RentHive: 5 are free, then $2 per check, bought in the app.
Does Google Calendar sync both ways?+
No. RentHive pushes your bookings to Google Calendar and never reads anything back, so an event edited in Google is put back the way RentHive has it on the next sync. Change bookings in RentHive.
Does the Turo sync work both ways?+
No. Syncing brings your Turo trips into RentHive. RentHive doesn't post to Turo or change your Turo calendar, so block dates you book direct on Turo yourself. Turo messages stay in Turo.
