Do we need to be on Turo?+
No. RentHive runs a rental company on its own: your website, your checkout, your calendar. If you do list cars on Turo, your calendar syncs with Turo, so those trips sit on the same calendar as your direct bookings.
We have more than 50 cars, or several locations. Which plan?+
Enterprise. It's priced for your fleet and includes onboarding with our team. Book a call on the demo page and we'll talk it through. Up to 10 cars is Starter ($99 a month) and up to 50 is Growth ($199 a month).
Do we need GPS trackers in the cars?+
No. Live tracking works through Smartcar, which connects to the car's own connected services on the makes it supports. You use your own Smartcar account, and Smartcar bills it per car.
Can we use our own domain and email address?+
Yes, with a domain you already own. RentHive shows the exact DNS records, keeps checking them and adds SSL automatically. You can send email from your domain too, and replies land in the RentHive inbox.
Is there an app for the team's phones?+
RentHive is a web app that works in the browser on phones, tablets and computers, including the in-app camera for trip photos and receipts. There's no separate iOS or Android app to install.
