- Build and maintain a shared component library used across the app and marketing site
- Define spacing, typography, and color tokens, and keep them consistent as the product grows
- Partner with engineering to keep Figma components and code components in sync
- Audit existing screens and rein in inconsistency as new features ship quickly
- Mentor other designers on system thinking and reusable patterns
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in product design, with at least 2 years owning a design system
- Deep fluency in Figma's component, variant, and token tooling
- Experience working closely with frontend engineers on a component library
- A strong point of view on consistency, balanced with shipping speed
- Comfortable being the person who says “let's not build a fifth version of this button”
